I’ve been concerned given we was the child, we have been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder though we am not looking care for it now. What have been pick therapies for it? And do bad day to day similar to celebration as well most ethanol have it worse? |

Drinking can ease your anxiety but when it wears off it will come back, then you might get dependant which is not good. you need to talk to your Doctor !
Drinking can make any health condition worse. In your case, you drink to deal with stress, which makes it worse after awhile. Some people turn to food, sex, watching TV or any other activity to release anxiety.

are you a tea drinker because if you are there is this tea that a friend of mine drinks that helps her with her anxiety even though it’s bitter at first there is a sweetness after wards, it is helping her and you don’t have to have the ailment to drink their tea!
The tea that my friend is drinking is called Blue Tea green tea and it is good for calming, relaxing, and anxiety.

Who do you think make up the majority of alcoholics and drug addicts? Many people with anxiety realize that it is difficult for them to deal with problems so they drink or do drugs to relax and forget their worries. This is an unhealthy approach to problem solving. Trying to forget problems leads to worse anxiety and more drinking.
Start by seeing a therapist. They will probably have you interview with a psychologist. If you act the way you always do they will accurately diagnose your problems. Of course if you muscle relaxers and things like that, you could lie…. this would be worse than drinking.
